Pascal HERAULT
Mr. Herault has been a member of senior management for various companies in the healthcare industry, and is also a former teacher and advisor to the French Ministry of Health. In 1994 he founded the company AEC/REM, which was sold to Siemens after becoming a leader in biomedical engineering and maintenance management. He holds a degree in Risk Management from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, and is Auditor at the National Institute of Higher Safety Education. Today he is the founder of HM CONSULT and President of the Strategy Committee.

Jean-Louis DESCHANELS
Mr. Deschanels has an Engineering Degree from ENSMA, and extensive consulting experience in complex system safety. He is the founder and former Managing Director of APSIS, a subsidiary of Aerospatial specialised in safety, and a founder of the Association for Systems Advancement (3SF), which in 1990 became the European Institute of Cindynics. Mr. Deschanels is also the former President of the UTE/CEF operations safety standards committee and the GISOS scientific council. He regularly testifies as a court expert and serves as a visiting professor for many engineering schools and graduate programmes.

Gérard DIJOUD
Mr. Dijoud has worked in crisis communications for the past 10 years as the Director of Euro RSCG. In 2000, he led a crisis communication cell to manage the BSE (mad cow disease) epidemic for the Ministry of Agriculture. Prior to this, he gained experience in corporate communications with major international agencies, including a position as Director of Communications and Public Affairs for American Express France. Today Mr. Dijoud is a co-founder of the firm "Opinion sur Rue" which specialises in “opinion risk."

Alain BERARD
Mr. Berard is a Public Health Doctor and has Graduate Degrees in Healthcare Institution Management and Healthcare Economics, as well as a Ph.D. in Healthcare Law. He is a Master’s programme director and teacher at the Universities of Paris V and Paris VII, and at international universities. Mr. Berard is the former Manager of the Quality-Testing-Certification unit for the Lariboisière-Fernand Widal hospital group, and today is the General Coordination Doctor for the
North Paris
health network, and the President of the National Syndicate of Doctors Specialised in Public Health.
